Chief Financial Officer

Objective:

Plan the financial strategy.
Protect the company’s revenues and profits.
Achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive financial planning.
Supervise all finance personnel.
Oversee the finance IT system.
Perform effective risk management.
Ensure compliance with law and policies.
Analyze liabilities and investments.
Ensure cash flow is appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Well-versed in all aspects of financial management.
Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications:

MS/MA in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Past experience as CFO or related role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
CPA is a plus.
